Well, you should be!! If you live in the Mt. Vernon, Illinois area, you should be marking your calendar and planning to attend the RED HOT SUMMER STAMPING EVENT being held this Saturday, July 25, FROM 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. And if you live a little farther away, make it a stampin' road trip!
There will be 7 Stampin' Up! demonstrators offering this FREE event at the Granada for the Performing Arts building, just off the square in downtown Mt. Vernon, close to Ninth & Main Streets. There will be displays, demonstrations, light refreshments and make & take projects similar to those that we have experienced when we have attended Stampin' Up! conventions and regional events. We want to offer this locally, as there is nothing else like this in our area! Please come--just RSVP so we can provide for all that wish to attend. Sound fun yet?
Did I mention Door Prizes? There will be hourly door prizes and if you cannot stay for the entire event, you do not have to be present to win, and a Grand Prize drawing at the end of the day. To qualify to participate in the Grand Prize drawing, all you have to do is give an order or book a party with one of the demonstrators at the event. Sound fun now?
We wanted to hold this event at the Granada for the Performing Arts to get more people into the building so they could see for themselves the beauty of this historic theater and make more of the public aware of the ongoing renovation project.
