Sympathy cards are something I don't like to think about very often, because more often than not, when I am thinking of them, I have just heard of the death of someone I know or someone that I truly care about is having a rough time. I also find that at those times, I may not be at my best stamping ability due to being distracted by my friend or relatives' situation.
To combat a "stalled stamping" incident, I have prepared several attractive sympathy cards to have just in case they are needed.
I held a Stamp-A-Stack class several weeks ago and had very good attendance at that class. That tells me there are others in my position that don't really enjoy making sympathy cards, but do realize there is a need to have some on hand.
These were the five cards that we created that evening, 2 of each design.
We used the beautiful Thoughts & Prayers Stamp Set (pg. 58 in Stampin' Up's Spring-Summer Idea Book & Catalog. This set is also a gorgeous set in the new catalog being released July 5. My Stamp-A-Stack class was free with the purchase of the Thoughts & Prayers Stamp Set for $25.95 from me. If you would be interested in this same offer, I do have kits by mail for these 10 cards, including envelopes. All you do is place an order with me for the stamp set, and I will mail you all supplies needed to complete the 10 cards. You will then have a stash in the event you do have a need for these sympathy cards.
Enjoy your day!

Really enjoyed the sympathy card class. Would be interested in another class like this using one stamp set. It was a fun evening.
