Are you looking for a very cheery, happy-feeling card to create? What about this card? Don't you think it would brighten anyyone's day. I just happened to need a birthday card, but it could be so much more than that. No one can deny this is a very motivating card.
So what do you think? I guess the picture could be a little better, oh well....The card base is Pacific Point, the next layer is Melon Mambo (very bright pink, but my pictures looks more red), and the top later under the flower is Daffodil Delight. The largest Petals were stamped with the Build A Blossom stamp set in Melon Mambo (although again look red, but they are not) and the smaller petals were stamped in Pacific Point ink onto Pacific Point cardstock. Then the petals were easily punched out with the new Build a Blossom Punch, which cuts four different flower petals/leaves off of the same large punch!
I added a small button and ribbon from the Ice Cream Parlor set that I got free during Sale-A-Bration with Stampin' Up!
Then, of course, I always want to stamp the inside of the card too:
Just by switching the greeting, this could easily be a "Get Well" card, a "Congratulations on a Good Job" card, a "Thinking of You" card, etc.
So let's get stamping and be creative with our Stampin' Up! supplies. Check out the blog tomorrow for more ideas.
